Here at Health Exchange we appreciate our wonderful staff members and realise that, without them, we wouldn’t be here. However, we also know how inconvenient it is if a member of staff is taken ill and has to have time off work. So we developed the Workplace Wellbeing programme.
We know businesses today want to take an interest in the health and wellbeing of their staff. However, employers often have little control over the health and lifestyle choices that employees make either in the workplace or beyond it. The choices that people make, and their awareness of the effect of these choices upon their health and wellbeing, can all impact on employees’ effectiveness in the workplace.
Health Exchange provides a range of health and wellbeing services both for the benefit of employers and for employees. All our services encourage people to make their own positive lifestyle choices that will improve their health and the way they feel about themselves.
We can create an employee wellbeing programme to suit the needs and the budget of your organisation. Services available range from simple health monitoring checks, through regular group activities, to comprehensive packages, and all of these are designed to raise awareness about health and lifestyle choices. Services can be scheduled to fit with employees work schedules, and can take place during the working day, at lunchtimes or after work.
