If you are feeling low or are suffering from depression and anxiety, we provide support through 1:1 therapy, online support, local activities and group workshops.
Individuals meet with a personal Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who offers:
Youth Psychological Support
For 16-25 year olds, we offer talking therapy and guided self-help for young people struggling with mental health conditions such as:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Stress
Adult Psychological Support
For 25+ year olds, we offer support for those struggling with stresses at work, depressive thoughts, and anxiety through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and guided self-help tools.
Online Support
For 16-25 year olds, our Silvercloud platform offers an online CBT course. This platform can help you learn how to manage common mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety and stress.
Early Help Triage
Telephone or face to face support service to help patients access mental health support and unlock potential within local people to improve community wellbeing.
Group Workshops
You can come along to one of our free informative and supportive group workshops that cane help you to manage your emotions.
