Having developed robust database systems for our own purposes, we now offer a service to support other third sector organisations in collecting, storing and retrieving valuable data to both improve their services and measure their impact.
We work with our clients to establish needs and objectives clearly at the outset. From these we develop a bespoke database system accessible from any location and hosted on our secure, in-house server, which negates the need for clients to install complex and costly software.
Staff members have their own login credentials to securely access the database. Encryption, similar to that used by banks and electronic retailers, is used to prevent malicious third parties from intercepting data. Training courses, manuals, as well as telephone and on-site support can be provided in order to help personnel, with differing levels of IT competence, to use the new database system. Public facing websites can be also be designed to clients’ specifications, allowing searchable databases and explanation of services to be available to a wider audience.
