Nicola has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health and care sectors spanning over 30 years, having begun her career in nursing. She is responsible for providing Social Prescribing Services across Birmingham, Sandwell, Coventry & Warwickshire and supports a wide team of Social Prescriber Link Worker, Health & Wellbeing Coaches, Care Co-Ordinators and Community Connectors to support the health and wellbeing of the community. Nicola is passionate about improving health and wellbeing, using a personalised approach in setting individualised outcome-focused goals for patients so that real and sustainable change can be made in their lives.
