Community Partners
We want people from all sections of the community to have easy access to our services, in the locations they normally visit and trust. This is why we work with a number of Community Partners, enabling us to extend our reach into the population.
Our Community Partners offer a wide range of services including one-to-one meetings with our trained health supporters, and access to kiosks information points and printed information. In addition they also act as host venues for the Chronic Disease Education, Expert Patient and other programmes that we offer.
