The Heart of Birmingham Primary Care Trust is part of the National Health Service. It exists to help people enjoy healthier lives and to provide good health care.
The Primary Care Trust buys and provides health care services for around 300,000 people, seven out of 10 of whom are Black or Asian.
The area we serve includes some of the city’s poorest, most deprived neighbourhoods as well as the affluent, vibrant shopping and business districts in the city centre.
